Leader habits :D

To be a good leader, you must know how to take control. You must know how to do things and how to teach people to do it. You must be patient in order to be a leader and wait for the whole team to get on the same ‘page’. A good leader isn’t afraid to speak up for his/her self, and they are the ones that always get the most involved with things. It’s not like they get into all the conversations, but because they are not afraid to speak up, they get more involved with things. A good leader should be mostly nice to all people, and not ‘rebel’ against other people.

I think that Aysha and Natasha are some of our 8th grade leaders. They always say what’s on their mind and don’t mind speaking up in the middle of class. That’s an example of why Aysha is in SLAMS, and why they have so many friends.
