Good-
- People created machines that help us even today,
- the IR got us to where we are today (technologically speaking..)
- There were more choices of jobs for people to choose from
- Machines could produce products that were almost identical to one another and then parts could be replaced
Bad-
- factory owners overworked their workers for only a small amount of money.
- The fact that people had to suffer (and even die) to make us clothes, cotton, and new machines
- People lost their jobs because the machines were doing the work for them
